Order processing times

• Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch for overseas orders.

• SMS tracking is available for local orders only.

• Same Day Delivery is available and cost is from $25 onwards.

All orders placed are final and will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. We offer free local domestic Singapore shipping for orders above S$150.00. Should Buyer wishes to cancel order or make amendments, kindly contact our customer service team at wecare@adoregaia.com. Adore Gaia reserves all rights to charge customer on the order placed, should the order had already been processed by our team.

Local Shipping Cost

Adore Gaia ships domestically within Singapore. Shipping cost is fixed at SGD5.00 per shipment under the weight of 3KG. Shipment in excess of 3KG will be charge at  addition SGD2.00 per KG part thereof.

International Buyers

For international buyers kindly contact Adore Gaia's Customer Service team at wecare@adoregaia.com before making payment. Adore Gaia will not be able to honor domestic shipping rate for international shipment. Adore Gaia reserves all rights not to ship for international shipment and refunds the product cost only. Payment for domestic shipment in error for international shipment will be forfeited.
